I don't know whether this solution was raised during the recent thread
concerning attachments, but it should assist those using Netscape.

For subscribers using Netscape, attachments can be read within the
Messenger email program by using the menu options 'View', then
'Attachments' then clicking 'Inline' instead of 'As Links'.

This might obviate the annoying need to go to a Navigator browser window
to view email attachments.
