Dear all,

On Sunday I am going to Geraldton (Western Australia) for work. I'm not sure
how long I will be in the area (may be a few weeks). I have never been to
Western Australia before. This raises two questions: 1) are there any
recommended bird watching spots around Geraldton (I won't have access to a
car), and 2); as I am going to be spending 9 and a half hours at Perth
airport between connecting flights (what fun!), is there anywhere convenient
to the airport for a couple of hours of birding?
