First flock was about 30 in number the second 18. Flying Due North over Frankston then second sighting was at Hastings 1300 hrs. again flying North but slightly Nor-East. Second sighting noticed they stayed for about 30 minutes in the gum trees close to Hastings Park close to the library before resuming their trek northwards. Question : When a Scaly breasted Lorikeet and a Rainbow Lorikeet form a union what is the most likely outcome with respect to their offspring ? Eastern Rosella's are back in Hastings. John A.
