Dear Everybody (this is the first time have submitted, so i hope it works!)

In mid january this year, i was birdwatching at a place called Mt Nardi in the Nightcap Ranges, not far from Nimbin in far north-eastern NSW. While there I saw what I was pretty sure was a covey of Black-breasted Button Quail. Being fairly secretive, i wasn't able to get very good views of them, though I did hear a sound which I am sure was the female calling (It matched all the field-guides descriptions, and I don't know of a pigeon that has a similar call anyway). I was curious if anyone else has seen them around there, and if so, under what circumstances.

Thanks
