I just deleted the message by Roy that suggested that there are 300 000
duck hunters in Victoria.  I think that was the jist.

In order to ensure that this doesn't become an urban myth it should be
corrected.  There are apparently 300 000 licenced gun owners in Victoria
and just over 23 000 licenced duck hunters.  Some might say 300 000 too
many licences but PLEASE lets not get into all that again.
