birding-aus Greetings Bob Yes Wedgetailed Eagles have been coming to the Keilor area for some time. We worked out there 1980-1983 and saw them at the Organ-pipes National Park, near Gilson College, and at Sunshine. We also thought it uncommon for this species to be so close to a built-up area, but they have been there for a while. Sometimes there was a pair but usually the sighting was of a single bird.
