birding-aus G'day All, Just a quick note to inform of the sighting of one or possibly two Oriental Cuckoos at Samsonvale near Dayboro, SE Qld. The bird(s) were present in a forested gully on the right-hand side of Postman's Track just after the junction with the Dayboro-Samford Road. One bird showed well but was chased off by a Drongo before I had time to set the camera up...will try again later when it cools down.
