Keith, Thank you for puting the situation into perspective so clearly, I wanted to know what all this rubbish was about. Lets put some sanity back into the electronic mail. NO MORE ABREVIATIONS just plain English names. What turn off for a new "Birdo" confronted with a string of letters instead of a name as well as some one like myself who's grey matter is not as agile as it used to be.
