Victorian Bird Report
- a new beginning
Peter Lansley
Birds Australia VicGroup is cooperating with BOCA to revive the annual bird
report (in a coma since 1987): This is an important way to document
changes in Victoria's birdlife. A meeting will be organised in March 1999,
to discuss all aspects of the proposal. VicGroup members will be welcome
to attend, as well as past contributors to the report and representatives
of all Victorian bird clubs. Meanwhile, people wishing to contribute
should contact me for details at:

the BA web page for further details, and keep your eyes open for updates
and announcements in GALAH.
Please copy this message to newsletters and inform bird club members.
Let's get the show back on the road again!

I wouldn't mind seeing more of these delightful creatures myself.
