INLAND GREY-TAILED TATTLER In December 1997 I saw a grey-tailed tattler at Glen Helen gap west of Alice Springs. I had swum across a pool of water and didn't have my binoculars at first, but someone kindly brought them across, lying on an air-mattress and holding the binoculars on their stomach. Aidan Sudbury |
