I don't consider orange to be that unusual for Grey-tailed Tattler leg colour. Look at enough tattlers and I'm sure you'll be of the same view. However, interpretation / naming of colour is rather subjective. Generally that doesn't matter too much, unless one is claiming a rarity and then all hell breaks loose if what you describe doesn't fit the book (but how many birds do anyway?).
