Just thought I'd pass on for any interested. This afternoon at about sunset, 16 km west of Narromine NSW, on the Narromine to Dandaloo road, a flock of about 15 Superb Parrots; feeding on the side of the road, and flew up, one missing being hit by the car by a few inches. First time I ever saw any feeding at the road side. Also, unfortunately, a pair of Blackbirds at Tottenham Hospital the other day. First time I noted them this far west. Sorry to see they are spreading. Colin T. Richardson 80 Mingelo St, TOTTENHAM NSW 2873, Australia Ph.+61-2-68924222 Email: |
