Hi Alan
I have submitted a record of a juv Grey-headed Albatross in 1996
(September I think) to the NSW
rarities committee and I have not received a decision yet.
Some may be sceptical despite my vast experience of seabirds until I say I
saw it we photographed it and caught it - so why no decision??
Cheers
Phil.
