Hi Ozbirders I'm off to a friend's wedding in Griffith in the NSW Riverina next weekend (12-13 September). Presuming I avoid too much celebratory cheer, I'd like to catch up with a short burst of local birding on the Sunday before motoring back to Melbourne. My preference is for bush birds, and I seem to recall a state park nearby (Cocoparra or something similar???). My question: is this park worth a visit, and if not, any other recommendations? I will of course be atlassing vigorously ... Thanks in advance.
