I don't have an immediate answer regarding Michael's question regarding access along rivers and creeks. Even if it was strictly legal I would not advise using this as a means to get access to otherwise property If you are confronted by a landowner who feels that you are trespassing, and many do regard the banks of rivers and creeks to be their land (rightly or wrongly), you are not going to endear yourself by claiming a legal point. I still strongly advise - if in doubt ask or do not enter! |
