Further to my posting about the need for licences to take any [or part of]
native wildlife in Victoria.

Legislation which goes into great detail on the matter can be found at:

                       http://www.dms.dpc.vic.gov.au

The Wildlife Act 1975 and Wildlife Regulations 1992 can be accessed via the
"Law Today" tab. The Regulations have Schedules [at the end of the
document] which list protected species, including birds, for Victoria.

Note that feathers, bones and teeth are considered as "wildlife" in
Victoria, are thus protected under the Act and require a permit to take
from the wild.
