Hi everyone,
I am heading to Brisbane for work in mid June and have
booked a couple of nights afterwards in Lamington. I expect I will
be able to get information from the people at O'Reilly's on the best
birds and bird spots when I am there although any information you
think might be usefull would be appreciated. However I would especially like
information for spots close to Brisbane city (near the airport if
possible) where I could fill in a morning while waiting for my wife
to arrive. I am very interested in trying for the mangrove species
(eg honeyeater and gerygone if they are around during winter). But
any good bird spots would be interesting. I will have a car but only
about 3 hours to spare near Brisbane.
                                                Thanks for the help
