Hey Mauro. After that little intervention, I bet you'll get a lot of emails about how good customer relations are in the health sector! Seriously though, I'm with you on this. Have you noticed how many people select their favourites from the species mentioned in my recently emailed list of birds that really don't exist? Bit pathetic really.
