Alan McBride just called me to say that he has found a Little Ringed Plover at Durham Dam 5Km West of Georgetown NE Queensland today. I told him that it must be another escapee but he wouldn't have it. Noosa is a great place to take your loved one for a romantic weekend and Georgetown would have to be a close second.
