John: At least t4~Two national publications are equivalent: Bird Watcher's Digest, published by the American Birding Association (probably the nearest equivalent) and Living Bird, published by the Cornell Laboratory of Ornithology (check out their web site at www.ornith.cornell.edu). Many states also have local ornithological journals or newsletters; if you have a particular place in mind, I or someone else can help you, I think. Bob Howe |
