I don't mind the jokes in fact I enjoy the good ones and especially 
Glen's
vast store of improbable quotations

I think it is a pity that questions are now so often replied to the
originator instead of to all. Answers are often helpful and interesting.
Also you don't know if someone else has already answered the question
correctly and spend time helpfully looking up the answer when it has
already been done.

Perhaps you have been hasty George, you may miss us when you are down 
there
in the Antarctic!
