There is a pair of Bush Curvels at Elanda Point (seen 26/8/97), at National Park Hq not far from Boreen Point (Noosa). I saw the same pair one year ago. Are they tame, last year they had chicks. The birds were walking around near the info centre. Also I saw a Black Bittern from a Mangrove walk near Boondall Wetlands on 10/8 1997. Niels Dreyer |
