Snares Crested Penguin

There was a weekend report of a Snares Crested Penguin on the Tasman Peninsula.

The bird was seen from the water standing on rocks, in fresh plumage.

Awaiting photographs to comfirm ID, but it would only be the 7th for Tasmania
(HANZAB list is incomplete).

Will pass on confirmed ID.
