Hi all -

I have an urgent plea for help from Jeff Davies, HANZAB* artist, for
photographs of Savanna Nightjar Caprimulgus affinis, preferably of live
birds, for his work on the colour plate for HANZAB Vol.4. This is not an
uncommon bird in Asia, and has quite a wide range, so someone out there
should have a picture. We may be able to get some photos of museum skins,
but Jeff would love to have a good pic of a live bird. Time is short; if
anyone can help directly, or with useful contacts, please let me know as
soon as possible.

*HANZAB = Handbook of Australian, New Zealand and Antarctic Birds.

Feel free to post this another list if you think it might be productive.

Thanks, Hugo.
