Keith Martin has sent me a message from the frozen wilderness of Belgium
to suggest that all this good information about the P & K guide should be
passed onto the authors/publisher.  I agree.  I'm keeping averything this
list contributes, but have two questions of respondents:

1.  Who should I send it to?

2.  Does anyone mind if their names/email details are included?
    If not, that's what I'll do.  If you want to be anonymous I can
    snip a few lines here and there (I will edit out irrelevant stuff and
    embedded replies).

None of this will happen for a few weeks as I'm off skiing then have a bit
of work to catch up.
