Thank you to all who have participated in this debate over the last few days. It takes me back to the long campaigns that groups such as Korean Federation for Environment Movement and Green Korea have waged in Asia against the construction of golf courses due to their destruction of precious natural areas and quality farming lands. Why, even at this minute, a Korean company is building one on the outskirsts of Hanoi and the locals are waging a furious battle to receive some compensation for lost farming land. Would any participant have problems if I used some letters as sources in a teaching unit for environmental education and Asian education at Secondary school level here in NSW? Brian Everingham |
