Hi David
Some sketchy notes from the "duding" section of my Java trip. I did the
real birding over 4 weeks in West and Central Java, and then spent 2 and
a bit days emulating a couch potato in north Bali before flying home. I
wasn't overly enamoured of Bali, although Kebun Raya Bedugul (Bedugul
Botanic Gardens) was very pleasant. In contrast, West/Central Java was
sensational, even though the birding was difficult. Hope it's of some
use. I'm having trouble getting motivated to write up the trip
properly, but hope to get that sorted quite soon.
Cheers -- Lawrie
