I can certainly vouch for the exixtence of red-chested and little
button-quail - I have two of these in my deep freeze!
There were lots of them around my place last spring and I kept two dead ones
I found. Whenever some interested visitor comes to see me, they get shown
a button quail corpse! Their plumage is really beautiful on close examination.
