Nest material

Jo Chadwick wrote of a magpie using a coathanger and wire as nest materials. 
I've also seen a magpie nest comprised mainly of wire, much of it the plastic 
coated electrical variety.
I can think of a couple of other birds which also use man-made nest materials. 
On Magnetic Island the sister at the hospital clinic used to put out cotton 
wool balls for the sunbirds to take to line their nests. Helmeted Friarbirds 
in the school playground often had bits of coloured wool, or string and once a 
length of toilet paper incorporated in their nests. I've also watched them 
pulling threads of hessian from a sugar bag.  Any others?
