I have been in WA since October last year, and I have not seen a White winged black tern over here yet. This observation is totally empirical, but all types of seabirds seem to me to be less common off the west coast than off NSW. Though I did see a Yellow-nosed Albatross soaring over land near Two Peoples Bay. bye, Iain D Campbell Regolith geologist/geochemist (ph) 61 9 387 0737 CSIRO Division of Exploration and Mining (ah) 61 9 443 1668 Private bag 1 (fax) 61 9 387 0146 WEMBLEY WA 6014 ======================================================= |
