use a max232 to convert a gps 5v ttl levels to real rs232, or a max3232 for
converting 3.3v levels. It's a doddle, just need a handfull of 0.1uF caps a
bit of strip board and the DIL version of the chip. The GPS model can then
connect to any real rs232 interface.
Also remember there is no DCD on the second RS232 interface of the ts7200.
But you may be able to just strap the DCD line to 5v, 3.3v for a 3.3v GPS
unit.
