A dip switch would be a nice addition, but since the external boxes are 
identical, it does not really matter which interface they are attached to.

       Extending on
 Walter's method, you could use a managed/smart network
 switch that supports port based VLAN. The TS7800 could then
 VLAN tag the outgoing messages based on your DIP switch
 setting.
