I want to do a 4 button interface with an interrupt handler. If I only have DIO 
11 for interrupts, then I will run the buttons to four other DIO inputs, and 
also run them to a 4 input NOR (or maybe OR) gate, and run the output of the 
gate to DIO 11.

Polling is not a desirable solution for this application.
