I'm unable to get /dev/ttyUSB* to show up when I plug in either of the USB to
serial devices I have. Any help would be appreciated.
I have a TS7500 with the SD image: 2gbsd-noeclipse-jun082011.dd
Kernel:
ts7500:~# uname -a
Linux ts7500 2.6.24.4 #1 Wed Jun 8 10:37:39 MST 2011 armv4l GNU/Linux
I'm trying 2 devices: an Arduino Mega and a Micro Maestro set to Serial Mode.
dmesg looks like this when I load the driver, then plug something in:
[ 90.380000] usbcore: registered new interface driver usbserial
[ 90.380000] drivers/usb/serial/usb-serial.c: USB Serial support registered
