Hi Kristeen, It looks like there is an onboard SPI interface, complete with TX/RX buffers. I've noticed a lot of documentation and example code for TS's products are buried on the FTP site (ftp://ftp.embeddedarm.com/). Anyway...
Page 27 of the manual briefly mentions the interface.
Chapter 19 of the EP9301 chipset manual goes into far more detail and explains the registers.
