Thank you very much.

I copied the New_York file from /usr/share/zoneinfo/ on the NFS Debian 
I'm using on a different 7250 to /usr/share/zoneinfo on the 7250, then 
symlinked it to /etc/localtime.

All is well. Thanks again.
