We have about 500 TS7550 out in the field. We have had one or two units get
corrupt filesystems but I think this is likely due to low quality power
supplies. I used to have great trouble loading an initial filesystem image
from USB onto flash. Out of every 100, about 10 to 20 units would fail with
file system corruption during the copy BUT this stopped when I changed the
power supplies to better quality units.
