Hi Drex,
I have coded many apps for TS devices including TS-7395 and the
TS-TPC-8390/TS-4800.
I have some examples, but I suggest to you the following:
1.- Develop under Linux ( Ubuntu, Open Suse ..)
2.- Use GTK+ as a library
3.- Use Glade3 to build de GUI
4.- Build a good Makefile
Finally look at this example
