[ts-7000] TS-7250 problem

Hi,

I am using TS-7250 SBC , it was working fine suddenly the green and red LED 
started blinking(Alternatively but very fast), now even after reset the red and 
green leds are blinking very fast(alternatively) and i am not getting anything 
on console (UART1).
what can be the problem ?
