Yes - probably because their is a program called getty running on those
lines and it has setup and configured the lines to those settings.
Given these extra rs232 ports are Technologics specific, there should be
something in the docs for that board that tells you how to configure them.
On my desktop I'd use the program "setserial".
When using serial interfaces on TS boards I've always programmed them
direct, using C. If interfacing to a device, you probably have to anyway.
