That's a tough one. There is no initial splash screen for xorg standard in the documentation. My advice is to recompile xorg. The graphics device reset still needs to be done, but then the screen could be presented, the user might see a flicker

HI,
I can post a custom logo on the screen at bootup, but once the xorg kicks in it resets the LCD screen and the screen turns dark.
IS there any way to have a custom message until the application starts in graphical mode?
