I have the exact same problem. Technologic is aware of the problem--in fact
they were already aware of it when I reported it to them a few weeks ago. They
said they will have a new image up when they have a fix.
In the meantime, the ethernet actually works sometimes and sometimes doesn't
work. If you keep rebooting you may be able to get it to work every now and
then (I know that sucks, but it's better than nothing...) Once it's working
during a boot, it stays working as long as it continues to be powered up in my
experience.
