I have 18 units in the field and have had a number of issues with sd. I have
moved the vast majority of my app to the xnand and just short of an actual read
only sd boot yet I do have a number of problems. If I suddenly loose power
every now and then it hangs upon boot. I can manually cycle the boot and after
about 5 or 6 power cycles and hangs it will eventually boot, at which time it
runs fine and will then boot cleanly fine as well-- problem is I have no way of
cycling it automatically in the field.

I am not certain if these boards have the older revision which was more
sensitive to heat issues.

I am also testing some industrial grade sd cards. So far without flaw but I
only have 2 of these.

My plan is to eventually make the sd completely read only and do all writes to
xnand. The reason I can't use the xnand entirely is it's just a little too
small for my requirements.
