The issue is that debian-sarge-256MB-05-01-2006.tar.bz2 image is missing the file named "rcS.USB" so I downloaded the Debian-Woody image, copied the file and pasted it on the Debian-Sarge and it worked perfectly!!

Luis, I looked to see if a had any documentation to see which one
worked, but I don't, just an e-mail from Technologic Systems from
Nov-8-2010 saying they were looking into the problem. I must've deleted
their e-mail that directed me to the image to use. I just have copies of
the two files you mention. The debian-sarge-256MB-05-01-2006.tar.bz2 has
the later date on my file system, though, so I suspect that I tried that
one after the other one failed, and that is probably the right one to
use. I ended up abandoning the USB Debian image in favor of an SD Debian
image because of some operational constraints for our project. I'm a
newbie too, so I appreciate how useful just a tiny bit of help can be!
