[ts-7000] Fixed TS72XX_DIO_4x4 Driver + cpuserial module [2 Attachments]

 I've attached a modified ts72xx_dio_4x4 that makes it work with TS-7260
boards and those black keypads they sell with it in the kit.
This allows the key mapping to be done from 0,0 to 3,3 with the keypad
layout ie.

1 on keypad = KEY_1 etc
the clr key is mapped to star, help to KEY_NUMERIC_POUND, the up key to
KEY_A, down to KEY_B, 2nd to KEY_C

i've also attached a driver that makes a /proc/serial entry to you can
read the CPU serial number back

please let me know if i did anything wrong with my code
