HI Petr,
    I figured out the problem, I have a TS-7260 without the SD card.  When the SD card part was compiled in to the kernel, it would cause my board to hang.  I have removed that from my config and a couple other thing and the board seems to be working properly.... I think....

Yes, there's something strange with your kernel. It's really the OE kernel? Or
you did modified the kernel config? Can you send your kernel config? There's my output:
