Yes, it should work on all Cirrus EP93xx based boards (TS-7300
included), but I have tested it only on TS-7260 and Sim.One boards.

The driver went in in 2.6.35 so that is the minimal kernel version.

You mean that are there precompiled kernel image + modules with
SPI? Dunno, but it is pretty easy to compile them yourself. Check
for example simplemachines.it for a good instructions on how to
build the kernel (target is Sim.One but should apply to TS-7300
with minor modifications).
