for anyone else that might need this, i have compiled and uploaded it to the 
files section

ocera-can-eabi.tar.gz

you will need to enable the pc104 bus and then install the kernel module

insmod /modules/lincan.ko hw=tscan1 irq=6 io=0x150 baudrate=500
