[ts-7000] Flash wear: Disabling syslogd and klogd on TS-7800

Hi Folks,

I'm concerned over unnecessary NAND flash wear through syslogd and klogd. 

Can anyone provide insight as to the penalty of disabling these services for a 
stable, run-time system that is operating in a secure network environment?
