Ok, sorry to spam with tons of message, but I got it working. Loading
ax88796b.ko freeze the thing, but loading the second one only works fine.
Strange thing it's not already loaded at startup.. Is this a correct method
(let's say I add the insmod line in my ts7390-init)?

:/lib/modules/2.6.21-ts/kernel/drivers/net# insmod ax88796b-ts7370.ko
:/lib/modules/2.6.21-ts/kernel/drivers/net# ifconfig eth1 up
:/lib/modules/2.6.21-ts/kernel/drivers/net# udhcpc -i eth1
udhcpc (v1.7.1) started
